"Inspected the unit and found the gearcase making a weird noise during the spin cycle. Running a spin cycle, the unit kept reset the spin. Entered diagnostics and found multiple error codes that all passed testing. Unit would not allow to clear error codes. Inspected the underside of the unit and found issues with the gearcase. Inspected the inner basket and found change under the washplate, could not remove basket off gearcase.
