Ran a cycle and found no airflow through the exterior home vent. Made adjustments to the door and door switch. Switch not functioning properly. Advise the home owner they will need to have the vent lines cleaned out by an HVAC company. Behind the unit the vent line is too long and should be shortened.

"Upon arrival found temps much higher in the freezer than last time. Took evaporator cover off and found a good frost pattern. When I took the damper cover off to change damper assembly, found damper already open but still not airflow. I began checking the airflow in the freezer. Found very low airflow even though the fan was running. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 241509402 (MOTOR)"

Inspected unit and found the unit tub full of water and locked. I put unit into a rinse and spin to drain the water out. I let the unit refill with water and start to agitate. When agitating unit would start to shudder as if it couldnt turn then would try the other direction. It did this a few times until it just shut down. Unit sat and would not turn at all but gave no error codes. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DC92-00255A (Control board) and 1 DC97-15596A (Front tub asm) and 1 DC97-15328L (Rear tub asm) and 1 DC97-15478A (Inner basket) and 1 DC31-00111A (Stator) and 1 DC31-00112A (Rotor)
