"Customer claims unit will not drain. Has standing water in unit. Shop vac out water, and from drain line. When canceling unit you can hear drain pump activate but not draining. Having vacuumed line out clear. Removed unit, and removed drain pump all was clear. Checked drain line again, found that cutout for dishwasher drain in garbage disposal was not knocked out, even though i asked customer specifically if they had any work done and on garbage disposal. After the fact knocked put plug, then put everything back together. Customer told me there was some plumbing recently done so if garbage disposal was not changed then the drain line had to be hooked up differently. Ran unit in quick wash had filled, washed and drained. Unit checks ok, showed customer."

"E2F6 communication error, UI cannot hear ACU. Unplugged unit for a few minutes then proceeded to plug in, and put into diagnostics mode. Was able to bring up error code and no other errors at this time however trying to proceed tests it would not. Tried multiple times, unit otherwise will not power on or do anything by just hitting power button. "Customer claims unit hasnt been making ice and noise coming from freezer. Icemaker was off at the time. Removed freezer door, and contents, evap cover. Removed icemaker fan in left hand corner, found about half inch of ice buildup in fan and ductwork. pics attached, Used steamer to clear all ice, made sure IM venting was clear. Turned icemaker back on, Told customer to monitor and how to visually inspect any frost buildup and to check airflow through venting by holding in door switch. Freezer door handle also has broken and needs replaced.; ordrng 2 WR01X25070 (refrigerator handle FASTENER)s and 1 WR12X30288 (black stainless hand)"

Upon arrival found unit with no power to it. Checked power cord and it was partially plugged in to outlet with grounding adapter. Fully inserted plug and unit began to fill. Ran unit to test. All operations work as it should. Found timer not pulling out to stop load. Unit needs timer but has been like this since customer has lived here. (14 years). Quoted 200 plus tax for parts and labor. He does not wish to repair.

"Unit is 23 years old in kitchen. Found signs of water leakage at the main supply line. Line is a copper line. Advised customer to have plumber from AHS address the leak. Ran unit to test cycles. Unit is also leaking from door seal and sweep. Otherwise unit fills, washes, drains, and heats with no issue. Unit needs door seal, sweep and water line replaced. Called AHS to get authorization and inform of water line leak. AHS is putting into replacement due to age. Authorization for diagnosis. 107KFGP"
