"Customer states that the upper oven bake element is shorted open, and the lower oven isnt maintaining temperature. Lower oven also has an odor to it when running. The lower oven had a liner under the bake element. This had signs of burning/overheating. Removed the liner and advised customer against liner use. Upper broil element is operating correctly. The upper bake element shorted open from normal use. It will need the element replaced. Ran lower oven to test. No odors when heating oven. Customer concurs it is not producing an odor now. Unit got to temp in 10 minutes. Allowed unit to cycle to obtain average temperature. 377, 304, 388, 310, 390, 315. Temperature averages out to 347?. Well with inspect. "Customer states that the unit is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. They had the vent cleaned in September of this year. Ran diagnostics and found error codes, F4E3 air flow, F4E4 voltage, F3E6 open moisture sensor. Voltage to the unit is correct at 230 V. The unit has good airflow with the vent disconnected and the moisture sensors test good. The controlled board has a software issue that is not sensing the moisture correctly and short cycling. Unit spun up properly during test put unit into consumer mode and ran a drain and spin cycle. Unit spun up properly again.
