The damage is caused by excessive shaking and vibration from the washer and causing the unit to hit the side of the wall and damage the casing and panel. The excessive shaking from the washer was due to the shipping bolts left in the back of the unit. Damage to the dryer is not normal wear and tear and not covered underneath LG warranty. Checked unit over found that the convection fan wasnt running. Tested voltage at fan and control wasnt sending power to fan. Traced and found wire had been cut by rear cover. Cut wire and repaired harness. Unit still not sending power. Reset control and ran through quick bake and fan started running but was noisey. Removed cover and found loose fan blade. Tightened down fan blade. Checks ok
