"Inspected the unit and found no error codes while in diagnostics. Inspected the inside of the unit made adjustments to the door gasket and the detergent dispenser to make sure it would open and close properly. Ran the unit through three different test cycles and on each cycle the unit would fill with water, activate the wash motor and spray arms, activate the detergent dispenser and run the drain pump without any issues. There was a good amount of food and gunk built up in the filters and door gaskets. I advised the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis to maintain the unit and to keep their rinse aid dispenser filled to provide efficient cleaning. All checks ok."

Checked unit over found that the door seal was leaking on the left-hand side. Replaced door seal and tested. Unit isnt leaking. Also found that there were screws sticking out of the dishwasher and rubbing against the door from installation. Which can also cause the unit to leak. I informed the customer that they need to get this fixed in order to ensure that it doesnt leak anymore; used 1 W11177741 (GASKET) from stock
