Checked unit over found that one of the front shocks had come loose. Reinstalled the shock and leveled unit. Tested unit. Unit spins up good has a little more vibration due to the shocks being worn. Checks OK

Customer states that mullion is hot to touch. They unplugged the unit to be safe. The customer had cleaned the condenser coils when they first noticed the heat. Advised customer that mullion will be warm/hot to touch. It warms up to help seal the gaskets. Inspected unit. Compressor and all fans are running as they should. The amount of heat built up is normal. All ok.
