Inspected the unit and found both sections at room temperature and compressor not turning on. Reset and reprogram the control board. Powered unit down for five minutes and reset the unit. Powered unit back up and the compressor kicked on pulling correct amps. Advise the customer to give 24 hours and the unit should be back to normal temperatures. The amp pool on the compressor seemed fairly low after running for a few minutes which could indicate a sealed system leak. I advise the customer if the unit does not return to normal temperatures within 24 hours that they have a sealed system leak and recommend replacing the unit.

"Inspected the unit and upon entering diagnostics found multiple error codes, tried to clear the error codes and the unit would just shutdown. Entered diagnostics again and ran a test cycle. The unit would power off about half way through. Could not clear error codes. Ran a normal cycle and could hear an abnormal sound when the unit would spin. Removed the top panel and found the suspension support damaged and causing damage to the door boot and basket assembly, rear vent hose damaged. During the drain cycle found the pump burnt out with low water flow during the drain cycle. Water leaking from the dispenser assembly as well, cleaned dispenser. Unit leaking from the door boot. Unit has had continuous problems with the evaporator fan not running properly. Also found display lights not working properly. Some lights were dimmer than others.
