Removed drain hose and have good flow through hose when forcing air. Ran unit in rinse cycle to test. In middle of filling unit the house lost power. WASHER GE GFWR2700H0WW "Upon arrival customer stated that unit wouldn’t tumble. They recently replaced the back half of the tub themselves. Checked unit over and found connector to stator not seated fully. Reconnected harness and ran to test. Unit will tumble properly now, ran spin to test, unit spins out fine with no issues. Unit makes a slight knock when going from cw to ccw. Rotor is tight on shaft on basket. Noise may be from flange at rear of basket. Advised customer. All ok otherwise."

All fans and compressor are running at this time. Customer will be responsible for a second trip charge if he thinks there’s something wrong with it

WASHER GE HTW240ASK5WS "Inspected the unit and ran a warm medium cycle. The unit failed and agitated without any issues. I ran a second test cycle on the spin and drain. The unit locked the lid, drained all the water out, and spun the basket up to high speed. I demonstrated the cycles to the customer advised him that I found no issues with the unit. All checks OK"

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4800XQ0 Upon arrival customer stated that unit still squeaks but not as loud and is more intermittent than before. Ran unit to test. No abnormal noises. Removed drum to inspect idler and rollers. Nothing binding up rollers or idler. Removed roller wheel and buffed shaft. Reassembled and ran to test. No noise. Advised customer that if noise returns it will need the shaft replaced.
