"Inspected the refrigerator and spoke with the customer about what happened to the fridge. She described that when she woke up in the morning, her refrigerator and freezer both was not working. There was water all over the floor. She lost all her food and both sides. They unplugged the unit they re-plugged it in nothing ever kicked on, and the digital display was flashing on the inside of the Fresh food side. I plugged in the fridge, checked the compressor. The compressor was not even kicking on. It was cold to touch. The evaporator fan in the back was blowing, but that was it. "Inspected the oven. This is a microwave wall oven combo. Customer explained that they had both units operating at the same time which manufacture spec says it allows it to happen and when they came back through the kitchen area, they realize that the oven was completely off. They checked the breaker to see if the breaker was tripped and it did not trip so they kept the breaker off. When I arrived, I had them flip the breaker so I could check to see if there was any power there is no power at all to the unit so Im ordering main control and a user interface board. I also did explain to the customer that being that there is no power to this. We need to get the unit up and running before we can further diagnose if theres any other issues going on with this wall oven, he is aware that there could be potential of the problems but at this point the only way we can know what is going on is by ordering the main control to get this unit up and running; ordrng 1 5304536547 (Control panel) and 1 5304536546 (Control board) and 1 A18493801 (Power control board)"

Inspected the washing machine upon arrival GFCI was tripped. Customer states unit usually runs through complete cycle without any issues and one machine is at idle the GFCI trips. Measured amp draw at static without machine running was getting amp spikes to 1.5 amperage without machine running checked motor windings motor windings were five and six ohms. Good motor checked drain pump. Drain pump was 20 ohms good drain pump neither shorter to ground. This is in a recently new build home and this was the first or second time it had ran. Also the garbage disposal plug was knocked out several days later after it had been run. All checks good.
