Followed water line to basement and found water line connected to a old water filtration system that is completely clogged up. Spoke to customer and they are to call a plumber out to fix water line.

Inspected the unit and found temps in the freezer section at 0 degrees and 60 degrees in the freshfood section. Found no blockage in the air tower to the freshfood section. Found the fan not running in the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and found ice blocking the fan. Cleared the fan and it started running without issues. Advised the customer they needed to defrost the unit for 24 hours.

"Installed new control board and unit ran for about 15 to 20 seconds and then shut off and started flashing. Pulled unit apart and checked all heater circuits and wiring. Everything tested good. Spoke with Frigidaire and we ran a diagnostics test on the motor in the motor has been shorting out the control board unit will need a new motor and a new control board in order to function. I spoke with the customer and they did not want to do the repair."
