Checked unit over found the unit would trip the breaker when the oven and a few different burners were running. Disassembled the unit and checked all wiring and terminal block. Found a burnt spot on the terminal box. Repaired the burnt spot by replacing the screw. Double checked the remaining wiring harnesses and everything looked good. Unit would still trip the breaker in the oven and multiple burners were running. I informed the customer that they would need to contact an electrician to either replace the breaker or the outlet. Reset control board found that was giving an F2 E2 error code in an F2 E1 error code. Unit has a massive amount of condensation inside the dryer. Informed customer that they need to get their vents cleaned out because this is causing the dryer to overheat and shut down and could possibly cause issues with the control board. Unit checks OK as of now.

Customer states that unit was making an intermittent squeal. The noise got worse then the drum stopped tumbling. Inspected unit and found idler pulley broken. It had locked up. Replaced idler assembly. Ran to test. No noise other than cabinet vibration. Unit tumbles and heats as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W10837240 (Idler assembly) from stock

Customer states that unit takes several cycles to dry and was making a whining noise. They just replaced the vent pipe today. It was 80% clogged with lint. Ran machine to test. Machine has something rubbing the blower wheel. Removed blower housing and found a piece of cardboard had become lodged in the blower. Removed piece and hair build up. Ran to test. No more noise and temps are cycling in normal range. Dry time issue is a result of the blocked vent. Machine is heating as it should.

Inspected the unit and found an error code for over suds. Ran the unit through an automatic test cycle and found a good amount of suds on the test cycle. Cleared the sensor line and reprogrammed the control board. Recalibrated the unit. Provided info to the customer about using the cleaning tablets. All checks OK
