Inspected unit and found unit would not unlock. When attempted to put on a cycle it would just start up because there was water left in the bottom of it. Attempted to drain water out and it would not drain. Took front cover off of drain pump filter and drained out the unit. When removing the filter found a sock had tangled up in the propeller of the drain pump. Removed sock and other debris. Tested drain pump again. All checks OK.

Inspected unit and found it running properly. Found heating element heating up properly as well. Unit was getting good airflow out of the back of the unit. Advised customer that if unit was not drying and the heating element is heating up properly that likely it is an airflow issue and the vent lines need to be cleaned out. All checks ok.
