Inspected unit and found it giving u5 or vs error code for the vibration sensor. Unit would not spin out at all. Attempted to put unit into a drain and spin and a quick wash to try to get it to spin out and it wouldnt. Unit drained properly. Unit filled and agitated properly as well. Gave customer quote for main PCB assembly and shock absorbers. Customer declined repair.

"Inspected unit and found the cold water shut off. Customer explained that they had just gotten the dryer delivered and it has a water line for steam function. When I turned the water on, I found it dripping from the y connector. Found the line to the dryer without a gasket. Informed customer they would need to get a new line or get a gasket to put in the line. Disconnected y connector and put cold water line from the washer back to the supply valve to test washer. All checks ok."
