WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "Unit is 8 years old in basement. Upon arrival tenant stated that unit will fill and lid will lock but nothing else happens. Put unit into diagnostics to check for errors. F7E1 basket speed fault, F7E5 shifter fault present. Checked shifter assembly and it is working as it should and picking up the rpm. Inspected gearcase and found grease leaking onto drive pulley, and drive pulley is loose. Removed drive pulley to inspect. Not worn but just loose. Reassembled and ran in spin to test. Unit is very loud in spin. Not loud in agitate. Bearings in gearcase are worn causing noise and locking up causing no spin. Unit needs gearcase, and drive pulley. Due to cost LL does not wish to repair."

LAUNDRY CENTER FRIGIDAIRE FFLE1011MW1 Upon arrival found unit would start but no tumble. Motor would run but drum won’t turn. Removed inspection panel and found belt off of idler. Belt isn’t broken nor is idler. Reinstalled belt and ran unit to test. Unit tumbles and heats as it should. All ok. Ok to bill per maintenance.

DRYER SPEED QUEEN ADEE9BGS175TW01 Upon arrival customer stated that unit overheats on low setting now. Removed kick plate and inspected thermistor. Not shorted open or loose connection. Harness is good. Ran unit in timed dry on high heat to watch temps cycle. Unit gets to 220 before it shuts off. Thermistor isn’t reading properly. Unit is cycling off of high limit thermostat and not the thermistor. Replaced thermistor and ran to test. Unit is cycling correctly now. All ok.

WASHER SPEED QUEEN AWM593W2 "Customer complaint unit is making loud roaring noise, from what i could tell the lower bearing definitely needs replaced. Customer claims unit is at least 24yrs old and never had any work done.. Took pics and some video... unit has alot of wear, looked like needed new belt and water pump as well... gave estimate on parts and labor customer didnt want to pay that and will instead invest in a new washer.
