Inspected unit and found water in the base of the unit and in the bottom of the basket area. Found the control board receiving voltage but not sending it out to the rest of the unit. Reset the unit multiple times and make sure the wire harnesses were connected properly. Control board started functioning and the drain pump kicked on and drained the water out of the basket area. Water still in the base area couldve been caused by multiple areas of leaks. Provided estimate to the customer to replace the control board and then we would have to check for potential leaks. Tech recommended to replace the unit due to its age and the cost of repair and potential issues with future leaks. Customer declined repair.
