The temp sensor has to be reran through the unit and the cooktop portion of the unit will have to be removed. Based on the model and serial number the unit is either 11 years old or 22 years old. Called Jennifer with management and left a voicemail. Emailed estimate. Tech does not recommend the repair due to cost and age of the unit.
