Checked over the unit and customer stated that the check lint filter light would come on. Checked down around the blower housing and found no lint buildup and also cleaned off the moisture sensors. Ran a test cycle and also check the vent in the back of the dryer and found on the inside of the vent. Had some lint buildup. Advised customer to have their vents cleaned to make sure they had good airflow going outside. Checks OK

"Checked over the unit and found the unit leaking some water along the side of the refrigerator and at the back wall of the freezer. Remove the bottom cover inside the refrigerator and made sure the drain line was cleared out. Also made sure that the air channels in the freezer were clear and no ice was leaking from the evaporator cover. Steamed ice buildup and advised customer to do a 24 to 48 hour manual defrost due to the amount of ice on the back wall. Checks OK"

Check out the unit and found out the icemaker was not cycling properly. And saw a new icemaker and after installing it found water dispensing into the unit. Customer stated that the water dispenser itself was not dispensing water. Removed the filter and found that the filter was partially plugged up and the water would come out. Freed up the water filter reinstalled it and the unit would dispense water but very slowly. Advise the customer to replace the water filterto the water dispensing issue. Checks OK

Ran consumer cycle and a diagnostic cycle but did not see any moisture or steam escape by the cabinet. Discussed with customer the potential issues unit could be having. Gave quote for gasket replacement. Customer wants time to think about repair.
