"Once unit started it made a terrible racket. Disassembled and found that the blower wheel had come loose. Reinstalled the blower wheel and ran the unit. Motor was making a terrible banging noise and would not stay in place. Found that brackets that hold the motor were sheared off. These brackets are part of the frame and are not replaceable."

"Checked unit over found unit would not drain and was full of water. Tilted unit back and found that someone has attempted to repair the wire harness to the drain pump and has completely cut it off from the main wire harness. They also cut into the main wire harness and attempted to splice the harnesses back together. I spoke with third-party Whirlpool and they will not cover these repairs."
