"Unit is 6 years old in janitor room. Customer states unit is showing an OE error, wont drain, and makes a vibrating sound when it tries to drain. OE is a drain error. Ran to test. Pump is getting voltage but wont move water. Removed filter to inspect. Nothing blocking the pump impeller. Removed pump to inspect and found the impeller cracked and loose from the motor. This is why it wont drain, why it produces the error, and why it is making noise. Replaced drain pump and ran rinse/spin cycle to test. Unit fills, agitates, drains, and spins as it should.
