Found the control board shorted from recent storm and a large amount of ice buildup on the freezer section. This ice buildup is preventing good airflow into the freshfood section. Reset and reprogrammed the control board and advised the customer to run the unit through a 24 hours defrost cycle. Temperatures should return to normal within 72 hours after plugging the unit back in. All other checks ok.
