Fan was making a noise which if frosting up will not allow to circulate air to frig as per the first call back in early July. Customer had unplugged for a few spdays to let defrost and then plugged back in. Unit is currently working properly temps reading 38F and 0F. Evap,fan is running and no frost shown at this time. Provided customer with an estimate for repair and advise them that there may be a lengthy wait for the part to come in if the part is not discontinued in the future. The unit is 10-11 years old.

Found the door latch with a large amount of corrosion builtup on it and the control board not responding the a cycle selection nor would it enter diagnostics.
