Inspected unit and found unit shutting off within a few minutes no matter what setting it was on. Gave error code for blocked vent. Took venting off back of the unit and let unit run without it. Unit ran properly. Put vent back on and checked airflow outside of the house. Very inadequate airflow. Informed customer they should have someone out to clean their vents. All checks ok.
