Cleared out blockage and removed lower pulley and installed Loctite on nut that allowed pulley to lower down and make a grinding noise. Reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is filling and washing properly draining out with no issues

"Customer states that the console froze. All lights were lit up but no buttons would function. Lid was locked at the time and would not unlock. Customer unplugged unit. Plugged in and lid unlocked and buttons began to operate. Checked unit for error codes. F0E5 off balance, and F2E1 stuck button error present. Ran diagnostics test. No issues during test. Inspected console and control. No signs of loose connections or damaged wires. No signs of moisture either. Applied a small amount of dielectric grease to exposed portions of console to prevent moisture. Unable to duplicate concern of frozen control."

Unit is 5 years old in kitchen. Customer states that unit is leaking water from the freezer section. Freezer has a sheet of ice in the bottom. This is where the leak is coming from. The defrost drain is clogged not allowing the water to drain. Cleared out defrost drain and verified no other leaks. All ok.

Replaced control board and found unit only receiving 120 V from line 1 and neutral and 0 V from line to a neutral. Checked out the wall outlet and found the same issue. Advised customer the unit is detecting that it is not receiving enough voltage and they need to have an electrician out to replace their wall outlet.

Advised the customer they need to run the unit through 24 hour defrost cycle. They need to unplug or power off the unit for at least 24 hours with the refrigerator doors open to allow the remaining ice to defrost. All checks OK"

Ran a test cycle. Unit refuses to fill with hot water. Unit will need control board. And water valve. Customer declined repair.
