Upon arrival customer stated the unit does not keep its temperature and will either burn things or not be done completely at the end of the cycle. Customer stated they talked with LG customer service and they informed the customer that the unit was supposed to have been condemned and should not have been sold through Best Buy. Ref # RNN211222048581 is from LG. Inspected the unit and set a pre-heat cycle at 250? and the unit heated to the correct temperature with no decrease or runaway temperatures after preheat. Ran another preheat cycle at 350? and after 20 minutes The unit temperature was stable around 350? and we did not have any temperature drops or temperature increase. Sending info to LG.
