"Inspected the unit and found no error codes while in diagnostics. Inspected the inside of the unit made adjustments to the door gasket and the detergent dispenser to make sure it would open and close properly. Ran the unit through three different test cycles and on each cycle the unit would fill with water, activate the wash motor and spray arms, activate the detergent dispenser and run the drain pump without any issues. There was a good amount of food and gunk built up in the filters and door gaskets. I advised the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis to maintain the unit and to keep their rinse aid dispenser filled to provide efficient cleaning. All checks ok."

"Inspected the unit and found an error code for F8E4 which means the float switch under the unit has been activated and the drain pump is constantly running. Removed the kickplate and found a small amount of water in the base under the unit. Cleaned up the water and ran a test cycle. Found a small leak at the main water line, tightened up the line and ran another test cycle and found no other leaks. Found a large amount of suds building up inside the unit while running a cycle, added olive oil to the cycle to break down the suds and recommended the customer using cleaning tablets on a regular basis. All checks ok."
