Inspected the unit and found no power going to the unit but the breaker was not blown. Removed the junction box cover and found no power getting to the dishwasher. Made adjustments to the wires and got the unit to kick back on. Ran a test cycle and everything was working correctly. Advised the customer if it goes off again to talk to an electrician about replacing the junction box.

"Checked unit over customer was complaining about standing water in the bottom of the tub after she was using the sink. Previous maintenance company tried to fix the drain line by putting a loop in it. They did not install the drain loop correctly. Disconnected the drain line and installed a proper drain loop, tested unit to make sure the unit was draining properly. Checks OK"
