Let unit heat up to 400 saw that unit was smoking out of the back corners in the light section. Smoke is coming from internal cavity. Unit was manufactured three years ago customer just bought it two months ago. Told her there’s nothing we can do about it. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WED4815EW0 Upon arrival customer stated that unit recently started making a buzzing noise. Ran unit to test and noise is a vibration in the heater box. Made sure heater box is secure and all bulkhead screws are tight. Unit is level. No issues with rollers or idler. Noise is quieter but not gone. Nothing more can say be done to quiet vibration. Nothing is loose and changing the heater box won’t resolve noise. Advised customer this is normal noise and unit is operating correctly.

DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE FDB2415LFS0 "Unit is 13 years old in kitchen. Upon arrival customer stated that unit leaks from underneath. Removed toe kick and found signs of leaks from wash motor. Leak is from wash motor. Electric for dishwasher has been spliced into for garbage disposal and has an exposed junction right under the unit. Unit will need to be removed to install pump. It will not be easily removed. Floor was installed after dishwasher. Tile or countertop will need to be removed to remove dishwasher and electric under unit needs repaired.
