"F8E1 long fill error, and F7E9 locked rotor error present. Tub is not locked up and spins freely. Unit isnt getting any hot water. Inspected unit and found no hot water at shut off. Voltage to valve is good, nothing blocking screens. Spoke with customer and they stated they had a leak in the wall and had to shut the hot water off at the water heater. All cycles call for some amount of hot water to maintain temperature and since machine cant add any hot it sees a long fill time and wont advance on in cycle. Unit is only filling with cold. Advised customer to have hot water supply issue resolved and machine will operate as it should."

The unit is still pausing in the middle of the cycle. On 12/31 we diagnosed a failed control board and installed a new board from LG. The customer ran the unit with no issues for a few weeks then the problem returned. Inspected the unit and followed the LG techsheet to test the door switch and control panel and both passed without any issues. This issue randomly occurs. It is the techs opinion that there is a communication issue throughout the unit or possible lemon with a short in the circuit causing the unit to stop in the middle of the cycle. No LG techsheet tests have proven to resolve the issue. Customer to contact LG with techs report.

Advise both on cutting back on soap because when running towels, there is so much soap suds still coming out of them with just water. Compressor and fans are running as they should. Called GE Techline. Tech states that even though unit is garage ready it cannot cool properly with outside temps below 55. Unit isnt cycling often enough to keep food solid. GE suggested moving unit or insulating cabinet with a blanket.
