Checked unit over found that multiple burners on the top of the cooktop still would not light properly. Ran wire through orifices to clear out grease debris. Was able to get cooktop functioning properly. Oven was not holding heat. Found that the oven door would not seal up properly to the frame and if there were burnt wires on the harness feeding the ignitor. Unit is warped and the door will not hold the heat in properly. Spoke with HBW and they're putting into options.

Unit is getting hot but clothes wont dry and it shuts down. They allow it to cool and then it comes back on. Ran unit to test temperature. On regular unit is cycling between 130-165. Well within spec. Motor never shut down while running unit. Drying issue is due to a clogged house vent. The unit cannot move the air/moisture out. This build up of heat may be causing the motor to overheat as well and shut down. Advised customer to have the vent cleared. Unable to duplicate concern of unit shutting down.

Customer states that unit isnt washing. Machine will fill but soap isnt dissolved. Ran diagnostics. F6E4 float switch open error present. No other errors. Wash motor is getting voltage but wont move. All other functions operate. Unit needs sump assembly. Installed new sump assembly and verified correct operation. All ok. Unit operates as it should.

Inspected unit and found an error code for the unit not draining. Found the basket would not rotate. Inspected the underside of the unit and found the rotor locked up. Tested the stator and it was good. Reassembled the rotor and security bolt. Ran a test cycle and the motor is not functioning properly. Replaced sensors and recalibrated the unit. All checks OK
