Inspected unit and found due to the floors the unit slightly slanted to the right. Ran a test cycle. Advise the customer due to the slant in the floor that can leak occasionally from the front right of the unit. Customers having issues with the unit filling with water overnight. Checked the water valve and found an error code for the control board. Replaced the control board and gasket and lower sprayarm. If issue returns we will replace the water valve. Ran water through the garbage disposal to see if the line would back up and it did not. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice buildup behind the evaporator cover in the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and tested the heating element and it passed, and tested the fan and it was functioning properly. The ice buildup on the evaporator is preventing good airflow to the rest of the freezer and fresh food section. Control board is not entering the defrost cycle and the board needs to be reprogrammed. Reset and reprogram the board. Advise the customer they will need to run the unit through A 24 hour defrost cycle (unit turned off at breaker) with the freezer door left open to allow the remaining ice to melt. Roughly 10 hours after turning the unit back on the customer should be able to put food in the unit."
