"Customer claims unit splashing or leaking of water about a cup full? On right hand side. Checked leveling and adjusted lowered left hand side and reset the rear adjusters. Checked with level. Also noted debris plugging up weep holes and cleaned showed customer. Noticed some rust corrosion on front hand side around tub seam. With permission sprayed some WD40 lube to help prevent corrosion. Customer typically uses extra large loads so tested unit with those settings, let unit agitate and then drain and spin out. Check for leaks, none. Continued to adjust front legs and watched agitate took much of the travel out of the unit. Explained all in detail, told customer to continue monitor next few loads. If problem persists the next step would be to replace all springs."

"Customer Upon arrival, inspected ice bucket, somewhat full, some of the ice cubes clumped together. Have had similar issue with exact unit prior months ago, in which had changed ice bucket then icemaker.... this unit has additional problem the auger and solenoid is working properly but upon inspecting the auger fork is not securing in place and slipping on shaft. Will look to replace fork and icemaker to start. If the new yoke wonÕt secure then a new auger motor will need replaced.; rqstng P&A on 1 WP63052-2 (impeller YOKE) and 1 WPW10300024 (icemaker)"

"Looked over unit, is in bad condition, lots of wear. Found agitator wash plate is stripped out. Also freehand spun the outer tub bearing is worn, making a roaring noise, and issues with transmission or gear case assembly. Tub supports appear weak as well and will need replaced. In the present condition i do not recommend repairing unit. Probably have minimum 2-4hrs.
