Checked unit over found that the unit wasnt filling with water and wouldnt cycle. Put into diagnostics and unit had error for long fill. Cleared code and reset control. Put unit into quick wash and it filled and agitated with no issues. Put a load of wet sheets into the unit and ran in spin cycle. Spun out with no issues. Unit made a little bit of a rattling noise and squealing noise at the very end of the spin cycle but still seem to function normal.

Checked unit over found that the unit had error codes for not filling properly and for a pressure switch issue. Removed pressure switch line and found detergent buildup. Cleared line. Reset control and ran through diagnostics. Tested hot and cold water valves they both filled properly. Check drain pump screen to make sure it was clear. Reset control board. Ran unit through three quick wash cycles and let it fill and wash for a couple of minutes. Put unit into a drain and spin. Unit drained out properly and spun out good. Unit checks OK explain to the customer if they continue to have issues they may end up needing a pressure switch

"Inspected unit and found the timer knob missing for the unit and found the vent line behind the unit severely kinked not allowing any air through. Pulled the unit forward and made adjustments to the vent line and advised the customer if they've not had the vent line cleaned out they should have it cleaned out on a yearly basis. Made adjustments to the timer and advise the customer on where to place the timer in order to activate the heat cycle as the customer is running it on air fluff. Unit is now functioning properly and heating, all checks OK"

Ran multiple test cycles, the cold and hot water valves were installed properly and functioning, the drain pump and spin cycle functioning properly, ran a delicate small cycle and the agitator functioning properly. Recalibrated the unit and advised customer to use cleaning tablets every three or four weeks to keep suds from building up."
