No errors and unit ran fine through test. Customer is using cascade pods, and jet dry rinse aid. Rinse aid was set to highest level. Lowered to mid range. WASHER GE GFW850SSN0WW "Customer claims unit was running in middle of night one evening. Unit is located in basement, has wifi. Customer does use the wifi to check on finished loads. Inspected unit the ui is touch capacitance type. These can be very fickle, but i checked power and pause, all function buttons to right and jog dial appeared ok. I know customer at times had trouble responding to her to finger. Ran unit in a rinse and spin, unit filled, agitated and drained ok. Did not notice any leaking water valve or anything. Told customer turn wifi off when not using or consult manual on securing, idk but shows up as unsecured connection. Also suggested locking control panel when not in use. Unit checks ok."

APPLIANCE ELECTROLUX EIMED60LT4 "Customer claimed unit locked up on a first load over the weekend. Had to,cancel and power off. Said the drum would not turn by hand. Customer had later used unit and ran several loads without issue. Today during inspection found unit tumbling and heating ok, inspected belt and idler ok. No abnormal noises, checked blower wheel housing ok, ran for several minutes. Did pull up diagnostics, there was an E52 error for a motor fault code due to excessive load. No other fault codes detected in system history, however there are multiple motor error codes if there was an issue. "
