Customer states that since pedestals were installed the unit shakes and squeals. Inspected unit and found it not properly installed on the pedestal. This is why it shakes and squeals. Unit was purchased from Home Depot in April but pedestals were not available at that time. Once they came in Home Depot sent out installers to install in late June early July. Noise and issues started after pedestal install. Ran diagnostics test and found error for out of balance and damper issues. Unit is going out of balance due to improper installation of the pedestal. Damper is operating fine in test mode. Advised customer to contact Home Depot and have installers redo pedestals.

"Inspected unit and found no air coming in to the fresh food Side from the freezer. Removed evaporator cover and found evaporator heavily frosted over and freezer the drain line as well as freezing over the return line. Defrosted both lines. Checked airflow to the fresh section again and had none still. This is indicative of a damper stuck closed. Evaporator fan was running properly. Bimetal thermostat on evaporator found open and causing the unit to not properly defrost causing the heavy frost buildup. Quoted customer for bimetal thermostat and damper. Informed customer that this unit will be 17 years old in February and due to the age, the control board for the unit is no longer available. Customer declined repairs."
