"Customer states the unit is still heating up after it has been turned off. Had the customer preheat the oven to 350 degrees before we arrived. Upon arrival we raised the temperature to 400? and waited approximately 20 minutes for the unit to be preheated correctly. Checked temperatures on all walls and they read within 10? of 400. Turned off the oven and left the door open for roughly 7 minutes, checked wall temps and they read 275 degrees, closed door and waited another 5 minutes and checked temps and they read 225 on the walls. Temps are dropping. Customer states the issue is not consistent. Called techline and they stated we need to be able to replicate the issue and see the unit increasing in temp to be able to run any tests on the unit."
