Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker was not making any ice and some ice had buildup around the icemaker. Removed the icemaker and recalibrated it along with steamed out the ice buildup inside it. Advised customer to give it 24 to 48 hours for it to start making good ice. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated it was taking too long to get to a preheat temperature and also was leaving a bad odor inside the oven. Checked out the unit and found the unit full of water upon arrival. Tried running a drain cycle and the unit would not respond. Remove the front panel and inspected the drain pump and found a broken wire along the drain pump. Repaired the wire and ran another test cycle and the unit drained the water out properly. Ran several more test and and found the timer on the unit not responding always. Recalibrated the control and the timer. Checks OK advise the property management that if this issue keeps returning they would be needing parts that are no longer available.

Checked out the unit and found water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Drained the water out of the unit and started another cycle. The unit started and filled with water and then continue to wash. Checked out the unit and found that the thermometer was blown and a wire on the heating element was broken. Repaired the wire and reset the fuse on the heating element. Remove the blower fan due to a large metal lint buildup behind the blower fan and creating a thumping noise and poor airflow. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle.
