Check out the unit and customer said it was making some noises in the freezer section. Checked over the unit and found that the noise is just coming from the defroster when it kicks in and starts melting the ice. Checks OK

"Checked over the unit and found that the freezer section was getting cold, but not cold enough to freeze in the freezer or in the refrigerator. Replaced the defrost timer due to the heater staying on and not letting the unit get down to temperature. Advise customer to give it 48 hours to make sure the temperatures are correct. Check OK; used 1 5304526183 (DEFROST TIMER) from stock"

Check the unit out and found that the waterline was frozen and the waterlines are cracked and the icemaker is trying to continue to fill with water but is leaking out on the unit. Advised the customer and she wanted the water just turned off so it will not leak.

The dispenser door is staying open and not closing. Made adjustments to the door flat and ran several cycles and the unit was operating correctly. Also went into diagnostics and ran test on it and it worked as well. Check OK

"Checked over the unit and the customer stated that the burners did not seem to be working correctly. Had the customer show me the different pots and pans they were using and the main pan they keep using is a large pan but it has a bow in the center of it, which is not pushing the safety down inside the middle of the coil. Therefore, it is not getting to the correct temperatures. Ran multiple test cycles on all the burners and each burner is working correctly and getting to the correct temperature ranges. Replaced one of the burner switches due to it not responding as quick as the others. Check OK; used 1 WB24T10025 (SWITCH) from stock"

Checked unit over and found that unit was leaking water around the motor. Leaking down onto the motor and caused the motor to short out. Unit needs new motor assembly and tub assembly due to rusting out around the base of the motor.; ordrng 1 W11416363 (Motor assembly) and 1 W11409865 (Tub assembly)

Inspected the unit and found that the unit had no power tried resetting the breaker to see if I can get the unit to power on unit did not power on. There is no way to get this unit to start at all. Im ordering a main control board and a user interface. It does look like that. The user interface is not available because she does have the stainless unit. Also the control board is out of stock currently so not sure if American home shield is going to be able to repair this or not depending on availability of parts.; ordrng 1 WPW10285180 (Control board) and 1 W10355606 (User interface and overlay)
