Ran unit and watched temps to verify its cycling within range. Unit cycles between 138-165. Well within range. Put unit into diagnostics to check for errors. F28 error is present. Shorted moisture sensor. Checked connections no loose connections. Ran test and sensor is good. No other errors and unit functions as it should. Possible main control is dropping out at times. Unable to duplicate concern. Gave customer quote on replacing control if problem reoccurs. Please mail out invoice.
