"Customer complaint is that unit takes too long to dry clothes. Upon inspection checked lint trap and bottom screen and filters looked clean. Checked rear of unit at evap cooling fan looked clean. Customer not home but teenage children and grandfather was there. Checked wall receptacle looked good and was getting 240V at terminal block and 120V each leg while running. Put unit into diagnostics, unit had an F2E1 UI stuck button and F4E4 L2 line voltage error or low voltage detected at ccu. Troubleshooting to check plug and terminal, household wiring etc. which all checked good unless something is going on at breaker box. Called techline gave him my results had me check things. In time dry unit will run and heat as needed, on normal sense dry default is medium after about couple of minutes the compressor does kick on and run, asked tech how long before that rear fan would come on immediately or as needed he said as needed, tech seems to think unit is ok. "Thawed out everything. Wiped down dry and checked fill tube, and adjusted and siliconed. Changed main control, called techline and verified has the newest firmware. Tech seems to think this will fix the problem if not. Told customer to keep eye on and pull bucket daily to examine. Unit checks ok."
