Customer states that when baking items are done on top but not on the bottom. Oven isnt baking evenly. Tested elements and sensor at room temperature and all are good. No loose connections. Preheated unit to 350. It reached temp in 10 minutes. Let unit cycle on/off to get average temperature. Both elements are cycling on/off to maintain temperature. After 4 cycles average temperature is 369. Cannot duplicate concern. Unit is heating fine. Advised customer to try different cookware to see if this helps. Advised as well that unit uses broil to maintain temp so tops of items may be done sooner.

"Customer states that unit isnt draining fully. Leaving water in tub and clothes are soaked. They unplugged the unit because it went into a pump out and wouldnt shut down. Checked unit for errors, F5E3 lid unlock fault present. In test mode the unit operates as it should. The lid isnt closing fully. Like it is warped. The cabinet of the unit is twisted. This is why the lid wont close. Customer states that from day one theyve had to add weight to the side to keep lid closed/locked. Inspected cabinet and found signs of dropping. Frame is twisted and cannot be squared up. No possible repair of cabinet. Unit has not been moved since it was installed. Damage was from delivery."

"Upon arrival customer stated that they've noticed the microwave not heating very well especially in regards to warming up coffee and potatoes. Customer stated the sensors in the unit do not seem to be working very well and cannot determine when the potato is done. Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostics test cycle and found no error codes, ran a heated cycle with a cup of water and the unit heated without any issues. Found no abnormal sounds or codes on the unit while running the cycle. Unit is 6 years old in kitchen. Customer states that unit wont make ice or dispense water. They recently changed the filter but this didnt help. Forced ice maker to cycle and it cycles but did not fill. Door switch isnt closing. This keeps the dispenser from working. Switch is in the hinge cover and the cover wasnt secured to cabinet and moved. Secured hinge cover and dispenser and ice maker operate as they should. All ok.

Customer states that unit is still leaking water from the front left. Inspected freezer section and found ice in bottom. Defrost drain doesnt have ice build up I can see. Poured water down drain and it would not drain. Forced steam down drain again and more foam came out this time. Ran tube cleaner down drain. Poured water into drain and it drains at a reasonable rate and fully. Foam in drain slowed it down enough for it to not keep up with the amount of water. If leak reoccurs the foam insulation around the defrost drain is likely freezing and collapsing the drain.

"Customer states that unit would not spin. Water drains out but no spin. Put unit into diagnostics and found F2E1 stuck button, F7E1 basket speed fault, F8E5 hold/cold reversed, codes present. Ran tachometer test and control is sensing tub movement. Inspected transmission and found it leaking oil and belt off the drive pulley. Seal in transmission is worn allowing oil to leak. Oil got into belt and caused it to slip off. Reinstalled belt and ran to test. Unit is spinning fine but will have this problem again. Unit needs belt and transmission."

Inspected the unit and found the thermal fuse and high limit thermistor blown. High limit thermistor had a crack running through it. Vent lines need to be cleaned out. Replaced fuse and thermistor from extra stock. Ran a test cycle and all checks ok.
