No blockage in blower housing. Air flow at the exterior is minimal. Removed flex vent from rigid and found it blocked. Advised customer to clean vent and dry times will be better.

Upon arrival started cycle on timed dry. Customer had stated unit would shut off within 5-10 minutes even on timed dry. Ran unit on time dry for about 10 minutes empty with no issues. Also ran unit on normal with a wet towel inside. Unit ran for another 10 or so minutes. Took the towel out and ran unit empty with the sensor going. After 3 minutes it went into a 1 minute cool down like its supposed to. Informed customer of where the sensor was and how to clean it. Advised to clean the sensor about once a month. All checks ok.

Cycling thermostat isnt maintaining temperature. Replaced thermostat and ran to test. Unit is cycling between 140-160. Well within spec. All ok. Vent is short run and is clear. ; used 1 8318268 (Thermostat) from stock
