Inspected cabinet and found gaps between liner and cabinet at corners. Not repairable. Called Electrolux techline to give diagnosis. Spoke with John and video conferenced to show liner. FREEZER FRIGIDAIRE FFFU14F2QWA Upon arrival found unit with frost build up on the evaporator and ice on bottom. Thawed frost and found defrost drain clogged. Learned drain and installed heater wire to keep drain open. Unit is running and cooling fine now advised customer unit would be back to normal temps in 24 hours.
