Recommended using olive oil in an empty cycle for the next three loads and then start using cleaning tablets on a weekly basis to help break down the sudes. Customer had just recently switched to Cascade tablets which has dawn dish soap.

Ran a test and found the yoke of the auger motor stripped. When the motor calls to turn motor turns but the yoke will not. Customer is also having difficulty resetting the water filter light. When pressing and holding the button for three seconds, like it requires, it will not reset. This is a software issue inside the user interface. Installed new inverter board. Plugged unit in and error code reoccurred. Voltage at the outlet is correct at 124vac. Voltage from the main PCB to the inverter is correct. Harness from the inverter to the compressor is good. Compressor is testing within spec. Reached out to Samsung techline and per tech the compressor is bad or it is a bad board. Reordered board and schedule for tech to install Monday. If unit still has the issue the compressor needs replaced. ; ordrng 1 DA92-00483N(PW) (Inverter board)

Customer states that after converting the unit to LP the burner flames are yellow and very high. Inspected burners and regulator for proper conversion. Unit has been converted properly. Inspected gas supply and found the water column at 12. Too high for LP. This is why they have tall yellow flames. Advised customer to have the regulator on their supply tank adjusted. Customer was sent a replacement handle from Frigidaire but it is not correct. It is white and for a refrigerator. ; ordrng 1 5304534037 (Handle(STC))

"Customer states that the unit is making a grinding sound during agitation. It is more noticeable when running bulky items. No error codes in the system. Ran agitation test. Noise is coming from the transmission assembly. The clutch is dragging on the drive pulley. Clutch is dragging from excessive play in the transmission. The oil seal has also gone bad. Oil has saturated the belt and pulley. Nothing under the agitator that could cause the noise. Unit needs transmission assembly, belt, and drive pulley. ; ordrng 1 WH03X33729 (Transmission) and 1 WH01X27538 (Belt) and 1 WH03X32097 (Pulley)"
