Pulled the back of the unit and checked all voltage and connect connections at the back of the display and control board. Checked the incoming voltage coming to the oven and found the voltage was not the correct readings. Found that the unit was producing 240 on two legs and not 120. Advised the customer they will need to talk to an electrician to resolve the issue.

"Case#1006581990. Unit shuts down when either the crisper drawer or the freezer drawer is opened. I spoke with Frigidare and they were recommended replacing the control boards and the user interface along with the freezer fan. Replaced all parts recommended. Unit is still throwing the same code and shutting down when the drawers are open, I spoke with Frigidare again and there has to be some sort of Short in the wiring harness in the cabinet causing this malfunction. They did not recommend any other parts we replaced. This unit is non-repairable according to Frigidaire.They had me test the wires running in the cabinet area from the top of the door back to the control board, and both test came back with a failed wire harness"

Checked out the unit and found three error codes in the unit. F2E1 F6E9 F6E6 customer stated the unit turned the broil element on by itself and unit also had condensation inside the display after using the oven. Disconnected power to the unit and reset the oven. Ran a diagnostic cycle and recalibrated the main control board and display. Did a manual keypad test and all buttons responded properly. Checks ok

"Inspected the unit and found the door would not close up properly and start a cycle. Found the unit leaning forward substantially. Removed the kick plate and made adjustments to the legs and leveled the unit back up again. Door now closing but will only run a cycle for a few seconds before the door would pop back open. When the door is opened completely, it does not stop at a 90? angle but drops down lower, reference photos. Found damage to the side of the inner and outer door along with the hinges and cables. Damage is not normal wear and tear. Photos attached of damage. Entire door and hinge system will need to be replaced and tech cannot guarantee theres not also damage to the tub.
