Inspected the dryer customers concern is that the dryer vent light came on. I explained to him that sometimes a dryer can detect some of the lint that is left in the lint trap area. I recommended that he cleaned that area with a vacuum. I did do a paper towel testto check for flow. His flow is good. His heating is good. I also talk to him about the eco-boost setting to get maximum heat to disengage that setting.

Inspected the range. The terminal block and the wiring harness caught fire due to poor connection on the terminal block. I checked all three connections and all of them were loose. The nuts were finger tight.

Inspected unit and found error codes for oversize and off bounce load. Ran the unit through a mechanical test cycle and found no failures. Suspension is still excellent. Customer is having issues with the intermittently draining and not draining. Provided information to the customer regarding detergent usage and cleaning tablets. All checks OK.
