Upon inspection the upper rack would come forward, unit needed raised quite a bit in the front, otherwise a leak will occur. Ran unit in a turbo wash cycle. Unit filled and washed. Unit cycled fill and drain a few times. No sign of any leak, no error code at this time. Only noticed water residue front door batting material so at some point water had to be leaking from door."

Customer states that control shows door lock error. Unit does not have a lock or door lock motor on it. No cut out in frame or door for a lock either. Per owners manual this unit does not have a door lock or self clean feature. The control that is on unit is not the correct one. Unit would need console with main PCB. Top is broken from impact damage and is not covered under warranty. Customer would need to replace top at their cost. Advised customer that we wont repair unless the top is replaced. Fixing control and leaving top broken is a liability. Found unit has a dead short as soon as you press start for bake. Found yellow igniter wire pinched in back cabinet panel. Removed and corrected wiring. Unit operating properly.
