Inspected the unit and found the child lock and door lock assembly activating at the end of the cycle. Tested 2 cycles and it did it on both. Reset the control board and cleared codes and updated/reset software. Ran another test cycle and the unit functioned properly. Ran a self clean cycle upon completion. "Checked out the unit and the customer stated that the washer would not do a max fill and also the dryer would shut off shortly after running. After running a test cycle on the dryer, found that the vent line was partially plugged, and the test we ran. Had poor airflow coming out of the top of the home. After checking the washer out, found that the unit would only fill to a max fill level on a quick wash, and the other settings were a preset setting. Advise the customer of the different features. Checks OK"

"Checked out the unit and the unit would not start a cycle due to water still sitting in the unit. Tried running a drain cycle and the drain pump would kick in but no water would drain out and would also stop the cycle shortly after starting it. Tried locating where the drain line went, but it went into the wall, and was unable to locate where it went from there. The unit no longer has a model serial tag attached to it. Called and informed the warranty company SR #7742326783"

Checked out the unit and found frost coming in from the top of the freezer door. Checked over the door gasket and found it sealing properly all the way around. So applied sealant around the cabinet of the freezer to help prevent the warm air from getting into the freezer. Also installed defrost line. Check OK
