Checked out the unit and showed the customer different features on the cooktop and showed them how the burner and switches typically operate. Check OK

Inspected unit and found the unit working properly but noisy. Found the idler pulley making some noise but not worn down in any way. Found the blower wheel with some uneven lint build up. Cleaned out lint built up and greased the idler making sure it was not longer making noise. Discussed with customer cleaning the lint filter and the air flow of the unit as well as the vent line. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the front two burners would heat on high but not on low. Unit would stay at a high heat regardless of what setting it was put on. Gave customer quote for both front burner infinite switches. Customer declined repair for now.

"Check it over, found that the unit was making a grinding and buzzing noise and the drum would not spin. If I started the motor and spun the drum manually, I can get it to start to spin but after a few seconds he would shut down drum has started to separate at the weld and it is causing the unit to drag. This has shorted out the motor assembly. Unit also will not heat tested heating helmet and heating on tested OK. Unit has a failed control floor. "Inspected the unit and found it in rough shape. While running a test cycle found a cracked drain pump impeller making a loud noise during a drain cycle. Inner diagnostics and constantly kept shutting itself down. After resetting the unit and getting it to run actual diagnostic cycle, found the gear case and basket out of line and making a loud grinding noise while spinning, indicating a failure in the gear case and basket. Door bellow is slightly damaged due to the excess shaking and vibrating. The unit is roughly 10 years old and located in a tight space in a laundry room. Not a recommended repair as this is neither cost-effective nor functionally effective. Repair would require 2 techs and the unit moved by the customer to a large room in the house in order to complete repair. Checked out the unit and found that the water dispenser was not dispensing water and also had concerns regarding the door seals not sealing properly. Removed the door seal off the bottom of the refrigerator and cleaned off around it and made adjustments to make sure it was closing along the bottom. Inspected the other two door seals and found no issues with the other two door seals. Removed the water dispenser assembly and found that the piece behind it was broken and was not dispensing water. "Inspected the unit and found the lid lock damaged, and the harness damage running to the drain pump. Repaired drain pump and attempted to trick the door switch and the unit would not start and despite an error code. In our diagnostics and found an F6 E3 error code for miscommunication. Provided this information to the customer advised with possible issues the customer could have replacing the door switch. Customer declined repaired at this time."

Inspected the unit and made adjustments to the upper dish rack assembly. Leveled the dishwasher so the door closed properly. All checks OK.

Inspected the unit and found an oversuds code and a low water flow code. Found the cold water vale with poor water flow. Shut off the hot and cold water lines and removed both hoses to the valves. Found debris and blockage in the filter of the cold water valve. Removed and cleaned off. Installed filter and reattached waterlines. Ran another test cycle and we now have good water flow. Recalibrated the unit and ran a mechanical test cycle and found no other issues. All checks OK.

"Checked out the unit and found the unit was not running. The lights were on, but nothing was happening. Replaced the defrost timer and also found that the fan in the freezer was stuck on some insulation. Cleared out the fan and after clearing out the fan the unit started cooling. "Checked out the unit and found when starting a cycle it runs for 2 to 3 seconds, and then shuts off. Disassembled the unit and check the heater along with the control board and all fuses. Found a thermal fuse was blown and replaced. The thermal fuse and the unit still would not start. Found that the heater was shorted out and also shorted out the control board and timer due to the back feed of electricity. Advised the management company of the cost and they did not want to proceed further."
