"Customer states that unit isnt spinning out all the way. Ran diagnostics cycle and found out of balance errors. This will keep the unit from spinning out the clothes. Inspected underside and found a leaking transmission seal. The oil has saturated the belt and drive pulleys. Under a load the belt slip causing out of balance error this is why clothes arent being spun out. Unit needs transmission assembly, belt, and drive pulley."

Customer had just recently switched to Cascade tablets which has dawn dish soap.

"Inspected unit and found the unit was running the drain pump as soon as I plugged it in. Customer had said they had started a load but left the lid open for a while then it started up. Informed customer that if the lid was left open with water in it, it would start draining after a while for safety. Canceled drain and made sure unit would start up properly. All checks ok."
