"Unit is wedge inside the hole, not able to get it out. Adv customer they will have to get the unit out. Tech did try, was unsuccessful and stop befor any damage was done to the home. Customer did sign waiver. Customer was able to get unit out with the assistance of technician technician installed new icemaker ice container upgrade kit sealed ice room of all cracks and legs did help customer put them back into the hole they suggest a customer to trim some of the wood down so it gets fresh air and for the unit to breathe . ONCE TECH THAWED AND REMOVED THE ICE MAKER, TECH NOTICED THAT THE CAP WAS MELTED FROM PRIOR HAIR DRYER USE OF OLD HOMEOWNER AND THEY MAY CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUE. WHAT IS MELTED IS NON REPAIRABLE"
