Ran unit in diagnostics to check for errors and functions. Unit shows F2E1 error but no description in any tech sheet. May be a stuck button error. No other errors. Unit ran through diagnostics test with no issue. No odor from machine at this time. Allowed unit to heat water to see if water creates the odor when heated. No abnormal smells. Ran hot water at sink to see if it had a sulfur smell. No odor from hot water. Unable to duplicate concern."

MICROWAVE FRIGIDAIRE FFMV1846VWA Upon arrival found unit wouldn’t power up at all now and trips breaker as soon as it is plugged in. No shorts in power cord or shorts to ground. Outlet is properly grounded. Inspected door switches and found primary interlock shorted closed. Replaced switch and ran to test. Unit heats and operates as it should. All ok. ; used 1 5304509460 (MICRO SWITCH) from stock

WASHER FRIGIDAIRE n/a Unit is 15 years old in laundry room. Upon arrival customer stated that unit makes a thump in spin only. No signs of loose suspension or loose parts. Ran unit in spin to test. Noise is from spin basket. Flange at rear of basket has broken allowing tub to drag. Unit needs spin basket. Due to age and cost customer does not wish to repair. Please mail out invoice.

Told customer if not dispensing ice to open the door and actually look to see if there is ice in the bucket. So far unit checks ok. Went ahead and set test 7 to manual 8hrs defrost instead of adaptive control. No complaints on cooling or anything. Unit checks ok"
