This is in a recently new build home and this was the first or second time it had ran. Also the garbage disposal plug was knocked out several days later after it had been run. All checks good.

Checked out the unit and found that the unit was heating on all cycles. Hooked it up to diagnostics and found a moisture sensor error code. Cleaned off the moisture sensor bar and ran another test cycle. The unit continue to heat and was operating correctly. Checked the customers vent to make sure it had good airflow getting outside. Advised customer on a different cycle to run to help dry the clothes in one cycle. Checks OK
