Adjusted suspension rods and instructed Sally to let the customer know he needs to do about half the size wash that he has been doing because it overloaded unit and it will not spin out.

Check out the unit and the customer stated that the unit will make a loud noise and then just a hum will start happening. Checked out on the inside of the blower wheel to make sure there is no debris stuck inside the blower wheel and also made adjustments to the door to make sure it was closing properly. Ran multiple test cycles and put it through diagnostics and found no error codes.remove the top off of the dryer and made adjustments to the drum and the way it was sitting on the rollers. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found that the unit was sitting full of water, tried running to drain cycle, but the unit would not drain. Found that the garbage disposal still had the plug in the side of it, which was preventing the unit from draining properly, knocked out the plug and ran a test cycle. Checks OK"

Found that the motor was too weak and would not keep the drum spinning when going through a cycle and also that the timer was not staying on and would shut the dryer off short of the timer. Advised the warranty company of the issues and Parts not being available. Check OK Auth #107PBAI

Checked out the unit and customer was washing a blanket upon arrival. Ran a calibration cycle and recalibrated the tub. Found no other error code short of a out of balance error code. Advised customer to make sure they're running a little bit larger loads to help the balancing of the unit. Checked OK

"Checked out the unit, and the customer stated they removed the icemaker and was cleaning things out and the icemaker would not make ice again. Disassembled the icemaker and recalibrated the icemaker. Reinstalled it and after installing it the unit started cycling. Checks OK. Checked out the unit and found some more lint buildup around the fan and causing a large amount of vibrations coming from the unit. Cleaned out the lint trap and also cleaned out the lint buildup inside the dryer. Check OK

Inspected unit and found the unit not dispensing water or ice and unit saying dispenser off and replace water filter. Checked water filter and found it installed backwards therefore the rfid chip not reading properly. Reinstalled ice maker so it would read the rfid chip. Dispenser worked and allowed water through. All checks ok.

Installed new part and tried to get unit to start again. Unit once again started but then didnt do anything at all. Called whirlpool tech line and spoke with ovi. He had me test the lid lock and it was good. He had me test the drain pump as well. Drain pump resistance is out of speck and he advised to change it and the control board. Case number 21242770. Customer didnt want to move forward with any further repair.

Inspected unit and found everything testing good. Found the unit with no saved faults and unit did not act up at all. Advised customer to call back if problem became more frequent. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found an abnormal grinding and squealing noise coming from the gear case. Pull the unit for it inspected the underside and found gear case it cracked and caused grease to leak underneath the unit onto the rotor and stater and clutch. Photo attached. Attempted to remove the impeller wash plate and could not get it to remove as it is stuck on the gear case. Entered diagnostics and ran a test cycle and confirmed the noise. The customer was concerned about coming from the gear case. Customer also noticed an abnormal noise and while running test cycles found the drain pump would constantly turn on while trying to recalibrate. The unit is five years old and located in the laundry room. Not a recommended repair as at this point you will need to be rebuilt along with a new control board. Technician recommends to replace the unit. Checked unit over and found that the refrigerator section was 65?. Checked freezer section and it was holding lower temps. Freezer fan is intermittently running unit is not producing any ice. Unit has sealed system leak and partial frost pattern on the rear evaporator of the freezer. This unit needs sealed system work and potentially a freezer fan or control board that is causing this unit not to cool properly. This failure occurred just one day after the unit was plugged in. Provided information to the customer before any repairs are done they want to reach out to where they purchased the unit from.

Customer was complaining that there would be times where they would close the door in the microwave would start on its own. They said they've only had it installed a week.
