Upon arrival customer stated that unit has lots of rust on the back and intermittently doesn’t make ice. Found ice maker defrost drain leaking water pass the drain tube and down the interior back. Ice maker gets frosted over and causes unit to not make ice. Unit needs air handler kit. Pulled unit from wall to inspect rear and found large amount of rust and condensation. Back has several small holes rusted through. Insulation between liner is damp. Poor insulation along ice maker evaporator lines causes condensation on back and rust. Frigidaire did have a service bulletin for this but have discontinued it. They no longer offer a repair solution. Previous solution was a band aid and not a permanent fix. Calling 210 HBW to inform. Gave diagnosis but purchasing is closed at this hour. Need to call purchasing tomorrow.

"About an inch or so of the lower stainless trim was coming loose. Unit is mounted in wall with trim. At least trim screw holes on outside but lower section butts right up to wall oven underneath. So instead of removing wall,oven, trim, microwave, shell just to change door, went ahead with ok from customer bought some gorilla glue construction adhesive and have a rubber clamp to hold in place while it cures up to 24hrs. He will then remove and i will stop out to pickup and see what that does."

Upon arrival found unit would not tumble now either. Found door switch not contacting well. Adjusted and unit will tumble now. Unit is only heating for about 30 seconds before the thermostat shuts down. No loose connections at thermostat. Part is NLA. Most likely failed from moving unit around to service and level.
