" Customer states that items on middle shelf aren’t frozen but items below are. Found large amount of frost built up behind middle shelf. Thawed frost and removed evaporator cover. Found ice and frost build up around capillary tube. Thawed and ran unit to check frost pattern. Unit is defrosting properly. Unit won’t develop a full frost pattern. Evaporator has a restriction causing frost build up. Ice maker has a short in the on/off switch. Has power but wouldn’t cycle. Unit needs ice maker, evaporator, and dye filter. 3 job count ok to move to A15 if back per CC. ; rqstng P&A on 1 5303918284 (evaporator) and 1 5303918358 (filter-drier w dye) and 1 5304458371 (ice maker)"
