"Inspected the unit and found the icebin frozen inside the icebox. The icebin was not pressed in all the way into the icebox allowing warm air to enter and cause ice to build up. I advised the customer to unplug the unit for 48 hours and empty all the ice out, allow the icemaker area to get to room temperature and all ice and water removed. Installed icemaker. Once that is done they can plug the unit back in and should see ice production levels return in 72 hours. All other checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found the dryer door sagging and not aligning properly with the door strike. Remove the door and made adjustments to the hinge and plastic on the door to help it better line. Reinstalled the door and the unit is still sagging under a quarter of an inch but is much better aligned. I advise the customer that the door replacement is considered cosmetic warranty and typically only covered for the first 30 days. If he has more concerned about the unit should reach out to GE customer service. All checks ok.
