Error code E2 displayed on the screen and the unit was a a rinse cycle and filled with water.Spoke with Matt from techline and he advised to have the customer only use the corrugated drain line as recommended by Frigidaire and remove the black line that they have which is causing a kink in the line. Ran a unit through a bulk cycle and got past the rinse cycle with the unit pulled out away from the wall and no kinks in the line. All checks OK

Customer states that when unit is set to 37 items freeze on the top shelf. When set to 39 items dont freeze. Customer had set cup of water on top shelf and it froze. No items in the fresh food section are currently frozen. Control set to 39. Checked for error codes and none are present. 25c from last visit is resolved. Set control to 37 and allowed unit to run. Monitored temperature at top shelf. Unit does not have a damper for fresh food section but only for the lower deli drawer. If this failed open items at the bottom would be freezing and I can see it is currently closed. No ice build up around it. All door seals are in good shape. Temperature is around 38-40 in top of fresh food section currently. Unable to duplicate concern of items freezing.

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice buildup on the ceiling of the freezer. Cleared off ice and found the top of the door gasket was not closing properly allowing warm air into the unit. Made adjustments to the door gasket to allow it to close properly. Advised the customer that if they want the remaining ice build up out of the freezer they will need to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle which is just unplugging the unit and leaving the door open and placing towels at the bottom to catch the water. I advised the customer the door latch is closing but if they pull hard enough on it it will pull the latch open. All checks OK

Put in 3 bath towels, put in rinse and spin, unit agitated fine but upon spinning out did seem to vibrate more. Pulled unit about 5 inches forward the vibration went away. We believe the root cause is the changing of new thick water lines that are stiff and pressing against rear of cabinet. Inspected belt, pulley, pump etc. checked ok."

"F5E3 lid unlock failure, F7E1 basket speed fault, F5E2 lid lock failure error codes present. Unit wont advance on in cycle if it cant lock lid. Ran lid lock in diagnostics. It locks and unlocks as it should. Unit is also getting up to full speed in spin. Verified that unit is sensing rpm. Ran auto test to see if unit would proceed. It finished out the auto test with no issues or odd noises. Unit in normal wash cycle to test. Unit would not lock the lid even though it functions in test mode. Unit is making a clunk in agitation. Noise is coming from the gearcase. No loose parts. Unit needs control, gearcase, and drive hub. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11116594 (Control) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Drive hub)"
