"Customer claims unit has low ice production compared to when it first had it. Customer had recently changed all new water lines. Water filter was not frozen, dispensed water seemed ok pressure. Ran IM diagnostic tests unit is harvesting and filling but seems like low water. Asked customer if the ice appears to be solid but not normal size cubes. Checked water pressure and cleanliness from source ok. Replaced fill valve assembly, dispensed water into cup for a while and cycle icemaker and had green fill tube dispense into cup. Unit checks ok.; used 1 242252702 (WATER VALVE) from stock"

"talked with customer husband. It appears unit probably developed a leak internal to this unit and tripped the leak sensors. The drain pump,will continue to run until the water is evaporated. Upon arrival unit was still powered on but nothing running. They left it on the entire time. Put unit into a normal wash mode, unit filled and started washing without issue, opened door, water looked like it was angle more to the front. Unit is currently shimmed under front feet, still had some room for adjustment so I adjusted all the as high as i could get in the front and tried lowering the back. Told customer sometimes how unit is loaded will effect water escaping the tub and down to the inside. Unit has been washing and will drain properly. Showed customer how to remove cleanout screen, had alot od debris like grease. Cleaned in sink and checked drain hose. Used zip tie to raise higher up off of the garbage disposal. Unit checks ok at this point. Told them
