"Customers concern is that after he washes clothes, hes noticing water in the bottom of the pullout pedestal drawer. I Inspected the washer and introduced water into the tub and then drained the water. I did not see any water inside of the pedestal drawer underneath. I was pulling the washer out to look behind and also to take the top cover off, and I noticed that the hot water line connected to the back of the washer had a leak and the water was dripping down the back of the washer and into the bottom drawer. Showed the homeowner and explained to him that hoses are not covered under any type of warranty. That is an add-on part that he would need to replace himself."
