"Upon inspection, removed rear cover took continuity checks all good on elements and reading around 17 ohms. Put unit into broil, element glowed red and getting 240v across element. Put unit in bake 350 with cookie sheet in middle, bake element getting 240V and unit switching between broil and bake when preheating, fan is running ok. Customer also has older oven thermometer sitting in unit. Went over pros and cons of that. Customer claims unit not getting as hot and takes longer to cool down. Preheated to 350F took temp checks of cookie sheet and showed customer was around 365F. Explained the 25 degree cycle for oven heating. Checked fan for convection bake working. Unit checks ok, not sure if there was an issue it would be in the control, other than having unplugged unit for a few minutes to remove cover."
