Unit is 4 years old. Upon arrival customer stated that they reset the power last night and unit now won’t act up. Customer stated that smart and normal lights flashed when this occurred. This is a heater error code. Put unit into diagnostics and found heater relay not closing and sending power to heater. Unit needs main PCB. Customer does not wish to repair.

"Customer states that flex duct caught fire and they unplugged unit. Removed back panel and inspected. All fuses, thermostats, and heater are good. Removed blower housing and found large amount of lint trapped. Removed lint from housing and ran unit to test. Unit heats fine and cycles as it should. Has good air flow to exterior of home. Advised customer to replace flex duct due to holes. All ok otherwise."
