When I took out the drain pump filter I found two keys and a quarter clogging the filter. Also blew into the water pressure hose to check for it being clear. Pressure hose was fine. "Inspected the unit and found a large amount of grease on the underside of the unit coming from the gear case. The gear case has cracked and has gotten grease all the rotor and stator. Removed the agitator but could not remove the nut securing the gear case onto the inner basket. Used several resources and tools to remove the nut and it started to strip the nut. I advised the customer they could continue using the unit but it would only get worse. Customer noticed unit beeping from time to time. Entered diagnostics and found an error code F6E3 for miscommunication. Control and console needs to be ordered along with inner basket and nut. Tech recommends to replace the unit due to the high cost in repair. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11135391 (Console) and 1 W11183368 (Control) and 1 W10811957 (Inner basket) and 1 W10909670 (Spanned nut), states that autho needed"
