However as for the water droplet coming from fill tube continues to drip at times. The only thing left to try is replace the white or clear water line from union to yellow on the back of the frig that runs up and through cabinet to dispenser assembly through the door. Installed new wash arms and ran unit to test. All ok. Unit is moving water in the proper way now. Water temp to unit is cold. Checked and found unit hooked to cold line. Advised customer to have it moved to the hot side and this will improve the performance of the machine.

Upon arrival found a sticky thick substance on the floor by the right front corner of the unit. Pulled unit out to inspect compressor. No leaks or signs of substance in rear. Opened door and found traces of substance leaking down right edge long door seal. Leak came from the freezer. Temp was set to a lower setting. Set temp to normal operation and ran to test. All fans work as they should. Evaporator is developing a good frost pattern. Substance thawed in freezer and leaked down. Unit thawed because of recent cold snap. Temp sensor is detecting a cool tamp and shut down the compressor and wouldn’t cycle it to keep things frozen. Unit is need of a garage kit to trick the control and keep it cooling. Installed garage kit and advise customer temps would be back to normal in 24 hours. ; used 1 5303918301 (GARAGE KIT) from stock
