Inspected the unit and found it making a loud squealing sound in the spin cycle. Removed the top and found the suspension rods and shocks failing causing the unit to sag and damage the bellow. Could spin the unit by hand and hear a grinding noise coming from the gear case. Really short test cycle in the unit constantly paused and then restarted. The unit needs a tub job and the control boards changed out. This will require a second tech and a second time slot. Customers refrigerator doesnt have water hooked up to it. This is causing the unit to run constantly trying to freeze while over cooling refrigerator section causing ice buildup in the fresh food fan. No one ever told customer the icemaker option needs to be turned off if the unit does not have hooked up water supply. Advise customer to unplug the unit for 3 to 4 days to let it thaw out and ensure that the icemaker is turned off

Inspected unit and found a large amount of gunk buildup in the drain filter. Emptied the drain filter and cleaned it out. Ran a test cycle and the unit is draining properly. Advised the customer they're going to have to run several cleaning tablets and possibly vinegar through the unit to get the smell to go away. All other checks OK

Inspected the unit and found ice builtup on the evaporator wall and around the door and gap. Made adjustments to the door gaskets and sealed the gaping. Removed the evaporator cover and found a partial frost pattern. Found the back wall damaged and bulging out from the insulation expanding too much. Called Frigidaire and spoke with Rooney. File number. 84675455 set for replacement. Frigidaire will contact the customer or ASI if they have more questions.
