Inspected unit and found thermal fuse shorted open. Replaced fuse with kit customer provided. Replaced terminal ends on thermal fuse because old ends showed signs of corrosion and overheating. Ran unit to test cycling temperature. Ran timed dry high heat and unit cycles between 132-175. Ran timed dry low heat and unit is cycling between 115-155. Both are within spec. Reconnected vent and checked temperature at exterior. Unit has good air flow and temperatures are good at exterior. Corroded/overheated terminals caused fuse to fail. Unit is operating as it should. All ok.

Inspected water valve and found both hot and cold screens blocked with rust. This is why it has a long fill error. Nothing in pump or hose to cause slow drain. Unable to duplicate long drain. Unit wouldnt finish out cycle because of long fill errors. Ran rapid wash to test and it advances on fine through cycle with no problem. Please mail out receipt."

Installed wire ties to make sure the hose does not hit. Ran another test cycle and found no knocking or other issues. I did advise the customer that this brand and model is typically louder and vibrates more than other brands, however the unit is functioning as designed. Tested the thermistors and moisture sensors and they passed. I advised the customer to have the vent line professionally cleaned out to allow better airflow. All checks ok."

"Inspected unit and found the fresh food section an average of 37? and the freezer section an average of 60?. Enter diagnostics and found no error codes. Through diagnostics checked thermistors in fresh food and freezer section and both passed, tested fresh food and freezer fans and both passed, tested the compressor and evaporator and fans and all passed. Reset the unit and left it run for about 10 minutes and found the temperatures in the freezer section dropped below 40?. I advise the customer to allow it to run 24 to 48 hours and check temperatures in the freezer. If temperatures are not around zero or freezing to reach back out and contact us."

Inspected unit and found the breaker continues to trip every time we reset it. Unplugged the unit and plugged it into another outlet and the refrigerator kicked on and ran without any issues pulling 5 amps. Plugged a standard lamp into the outlet where the refrigerator was plugged in and the breaker continued to trip. The refrigerator is functioning properly and working. The wet bar breaker number 25 is consistently tripping. I provided this information to the customer and advised them to contact the electrician who installed the panel. All checks OK

Inspected unit and found water under the fresh food deli drawer and ice buildup on the evaporator. Found the evaporator drain line clogged and frozen again. Pulled the unit and inspected the back and found the drain line clear and water in the drain pan. The drain line is clogged and not a repairable issue. Customer has already had the line defrosted and defrosted the unit. Spoke with Don from homebuyers warranty combined in with the information. They are placing the unit into replacement options and will contact customer in three business days to discuss the options.

Inspected the unit and found the door gasket not aligning properly and allowing warm air in and around the evaporator. The evaporator has frozen up causing the fan to not run. Made adjustments to the gasket and fan. Advised the customer to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle to clear out the ice and free the fan. After the defrost cycle the unit should take 24 hours to return to normal temperature. Concession number provided from Frigidaire.
